Since the beginning of our company we love our fleet! We always go for the best trucks & trailers. To support our workshop & fleet we decided to invest in a new IT-system that can help our people in their daily work and will give our management team more information about our fleet and costs.
Our ambition is to reduce the paperwork and use scanners & barcodes. Sometimes we have a breakdown on the road; this system will help us to support the flow we have to follow in order to get the truck repaired and our money back from the insurance company.
The project will also help the workshop to show how work has been performed. With this information we can help our team to improve their work. The new software program covers the stock and flow of our truck & trailer parts. Orders can be prepared faster, deliveries can be easily checked, rotation of parts can be monitored. We can order faster and reduce our stock to only the necessary and most used parts.
